The average sale per person when you go intoa cafe is working out between about 11 and 13 dollars a ter person as they walk in. I over time, though, think we can get that from 11 to 13 dollars up to 18 to 20 dollars. By some you dont pop up offers on the ap for example, if you walk in and you redeem your free coffee, you'll see a pop up that says, hey mark, would you like a toasty crassant with your coffee this morning? And then, of course, you keep the revenue from the coisson and just reimburse them with some free flour. That's the next phase of your, of your empire. Brase
