The question is really how to design it, new industrial policy perspective, sticking into counties, multi-dimensionality of objectives that we're facing here. So a mix of instruments is very, very important. Also public-private partnerships, including also civil society because we really want to take the take-up of these new technologies on board. And also taking a look at the mix of policy instruments as a portfolio where you take into account already existing technologies, but also new technologies and be willing to take risk on also new technologies which need to be further developed.
