Andy could file a claim for legal fees, and he will be awarded them. This is beyond frivolous. I would like to reference the notorious case of acela hughes. V karl up loaded raw clips from acela hughe's youtube. He didn't provide commentary or criticism. She sued him. Karl won on summary judgment. He vowed for legal fees; he won again. Can you handle it? Maybe there's another way to take a look at it from this perspective.
