Doing a Mental Padcast Isn't a Good Idea

I like, i have a rigorous mental health regime, which is informed by psychology. And i use this for my own emotional well being, to keep myself in check. So i like to do it every so often, but i haven't been doing it recently because of the coron of irus,. The goblin of strange and uncertain times. I didn't feel that it would be safe for me to be doing mental health padcasts that require you to be introspective during the cronovire business - especially the start of us.
