The Importance of Empathy in Filmmaking
There's very much a human story to this movie that you might not get if you just say, oh, it's a heist movie. We had about two months of research before we actually started writing and that was really comprised of just meeting with activists and journalists in this space. And I think that is the thing that hopefully many different people can come to this film, maybe even people who wouldn't necessarily see eye to eye with this action.
