The Future of Barry Park City
In 2012, Hurricane Sandy caused an unprecedented amount of flooding across New York. Some of the worst devastation was down in Lehrmann-Hatson and around Barry Park City. They're predicting that with climate change, future storm events could see water rise roughly 5 to 7 meters in the battery park area. This is not good if you're living on a street level or on the first and second floor.
