It basically talks about how once babies are born, they, their circadian biology is set up for them to be awake for 90 minutes and then they need to go back down. And man, once we started doing that, it's like, you know, like baby would get up. Okay. What time is it? 90 minutes from there, put them down. They fall asleep really quickly because again, they're in this like rhythm and then let them sleep for us. However long they sleep, wake up 90 minutes clockwork. Then the older they get that 90 minutes turns into 180 minute. You double it going
