In the vast majority of cases, we're looking for that single adenoma. You can break apart localization studies to non-invasive and invasive modalities. The best is likely a sestamivi with a SPECT plus or minus the ultrasound. If you've already done your resection and you still can't find it, then angiography and selective sampling is an option.
