Voting Rights Act - We Don't Need Another Speech, We Need Action
A coalition of voting rights advocates are boycotting the speeches, essentially saying they don't need photo ops or fancy speeches. A democrat and voting wright's activist who won't be in attendance is georgia gubernatorial candidate stacy abrams. Byden attributed her absence to a scheduling conflict. This all comes as democrats prepare to advance new voting bills.
