Most people that need to lose weight, it's your very food focus. The primary driver for some one successfully losing weight is usually a health scare. So when you have like this driving force, it really seems to help and then what is intersting, as a lot of people think, ah, it's tough to switch over like a maintenance mode type of a thing after you lose the weight. But i've a very different opinion than most people. I don't think there's any such thing as meanness. You're always either gaining or losing and experimenting with yourself. And i just don't think you're ever alike at an equilibrium.
