Fitness is the most underappreciated health marker out there. We measure steps just because steps are easy to measure, but it doesn't mean that it's a good measure am. Nothing has such a big impact on the quality of life a then building muscle and strength for people. That's where this comes from, that we are not really thinking about competition, because the pie is so big.
