The Importance of the Quad Summit in the Indo-Pacific

CNN's John Defterios says he found the mention of undersea cables in a Quad statement to be interesting. He says it comes out of left field, but that isn't really surprising given what has been going on with the Quad since Biden took office. The U.S.-led group is trying to push back against accusations from China and other places that they are something like an Asian NATO, defterios says.
