The Power of Observation

I love being in a classroom with teachers. And where I see it working really well is people, teachers will always say to you, what did you think? That's what they always say. There's something really powerful about articulation. All teachers have theories that are carrying out experiments constantly in every single lesson. If you don't allow teachers to articulate their theories, something very bad happens. The massive problem with observation is it is impossible to know why the teachers do what they're doing.
