The Trial of David Baines

David Baines was found guilty of murdering his family in the early 1990s. The privy council ruled that there had been a substantial miscarriage of justice, resulting in David being released on bail after more than a decade in prison. A retrial would take place in 2009 and this time he'd be tried by an all-new jury.
