Is There a Solution for a Nerd Who Doesn't Know How to Swing a Hammer?

People tend to write first thing in the morning. If i record before 11 a m, i sound like berrymanilo. A lot of screen cast workfull of idios that i create don't have ript for those. And also, my voice doesn't wake up until about 11 a m. But whenever i've done writing on a regular basis, the mornings are when i need to do that. Otherwise it's gone, and i can't focus on it.
