The Effect of Training Status on Recombination Rates

Your training age and training status play a role into that. It's not equating, and it's like, why is that? But I don't think we really understand it. How much of a training stimulus is needed to build lean mass and then how much protein do you need to consume? When looking at the data, it's really interesting because there's been studies where like take those valuable athletes who were consuming 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram body weight. Then you would look at some of the protein overfeeding studies by like Antonio and colleagues,. They're consuming way more protein, but they're not getting the same magnitude of recomb. So so much is going on,
