The importance of virtue signalling. You are actually indicating to the market that you're a good player, you're of good social behavior or accord to enter into these enterprises we do as humans. So there's this clear incentive to virtue signal, but there's also an incentive to falsely virtue signal. If you can just make someone believe you're honest without actually having to be honest, then there's a biological,. at least, impetus to do that. And it might also include sending the right moral signals. It would indicate, i'm calking funny, but i'm a good guy and trustworthy, and if you come home with me, i won't beat you or steal your money or reputation
