The Value of Journeys

Journey is an ongoing weekly monthly management tool that helps you stay with it. I literally had one of the internal stakeholders that you know he sponsored an engagement with an external service and agency grade they've created a set of beautiful personas beautiful journeys. And half a year later he comes to me and says Florian I have all these journeys and I love them. I just don't know what to do with them. I'm like, okay, yeah, we can help. You can turn them into actual business management artifacts. It doesn't sound like that's happening over you at least not anymore.
