Rules Utilitarianism or Consequentialism?

Consequentialism is usually contrasted with at least two other types of theory. Deontological ethics and virtue ethics are often set up in opposition to consequentialism. And I guess the main theme of virtue ethics is that the focus in moral thought should be on character, not on action.
