Getting Rid of Slack at Scale

At scale you need more processes, h r bots and statuss in slack to say, like, hay, i'm going away for a little bit. If you can get rid of this mentality of legren bubble and the typing indicator,  you start moving into an asinchrones environment where nobody would even know you're gone. And once you kind of change at a structural level, this idea of having dead lines based around forty hour weeks, it does take a mass of transformational change to say part of our work culture is it can wait. It doesn't matter if you're off by an hour or a day or whatever, because we set up our schedules in such a way
