You have to allow neuro-divergent employees the opportunity to understand their limits with regards to interactions and communications. You don't want to enforce this kind of social attendance. If I'm milled down, don't feel uncomfortable or offended or worse. Right? That's a win-win. Even the pop-up meetings, you know, the catch-ups or what do you call them? Morning whips or what are you being punished or you're meeting in a room? What's happening? Who's got the whip? Can I get a go?"
