Do We Draw Against a Whole Life Policy?
My dad bought a life insurance policy for me when i was so young. I feel that it can be used from my early retirement somehow. Do we draw against a whole life policy? Do we cash it? Ah, like, i don't understand. And i know there's a lot of debate in the fire community about whether you should have it. So all this to say, how can i utilize this as someone who did not buy it for the traditional reason of protecting dependence? Should i just let it lapse?
