The Employees of Mediaeval Times Are Trying to Form a Union

Workers of mediaeval times are trying to form a union. The company does not support the union. They state that management is decreed by divine right and all employees are merely vassals. People apparently routinely get drunk and they scare the horses, or try to grab the falconer's falcon.
