The cold doesn't actually make you sick. That's an old wives tale. Or it's like, oh, put on a jacket. You're going to get sick. Otherwise, people in Russia would always be sick. But isn't there something about like your body making itself heat up? So it's putting more energy towards that than like protecting your body from. Maybe it's hard for the like diseases to survive in the cold. It is why hospitals are so cold when you're in the surgery room and a lot of they breathe.
