After 15 years in the industry, I can tell you that whenever a developer or engineer comes up to you and goes, oh, yeah, your marketing thing. That's going to be a sub domain. They don't want you messing stuff up. And they're just going to put you in the little box with a nice little subdomain because everything is safe. Marketing cannot touch us.
