The Importance of User Experience

I was a big advocate of that even before I joined Google, like 10 or 11 or whatever years ago. That's what users want, the good user experience. For example, if I'm reading Wikipedia, let's say that I'm bored and I start reading something about Emily Bronte. And there's this 3000 word article and I keep scrolling and I get a good experience because it's in sections. The thing that I read and how that was written and how I perceived what was written on the page, that's also a user experience. It's the whole thing really.
