The training data didn't have, as far as i understand, examples of jay walking in it. The system just was unprepared to encounter a person outside of that context. People might be giving it too much attention relativeto its importance because it's kind of a novel way for someone to die on the road, relative to ike. Many, many people who die in the normal way all the time on the road,. they dont remember reading about like how this happenedd and how basic the error was in this system.
