The Number Four Engine Flamed Out
The crew tried to relight the number four engine anyway, while they're till at forty one thousand feet. The airplane continued to decelerate. Captain asked first officer to request a lower altitude to descend to in order to try to restart the engine. When they're up that high, they can't theg keta re start.
