Narcissistic personality disorder is something that a contains certain elements. If you are feeling bad, or reflecting, or reaching out to somebody like me, you would fit these components. A narcissus doesn't believe they're wrong. They don't take responsibility. And m they don't reflect on what they did. The person who asks if they're a narcissist is usually the person that wants help. It's possible you have narsisistic tendencies. That could be you.
