The ick is when something grosses you out, but just like turns you off to the situation. It's a word the kids are saying now. If you watch Love Island, all the British versions and Australian versions, they use it all the time from like the mid 2000s. But I think there are a lot of people out there who when someone comes on too strong for them,. They get the ick quickly because they want to like the I don't know, they want to work into it a little bit.
