I personally believe that, you know, it is just the founding team at that level where you need to really have the bind into the vision of the organization. After that, when you're looking to hire people, sometimes people get carried away with interest in the industry and they put a lot of undue weightage to that factor. You should look at hiring a person for the skill set rather than for the vision that you have set. And third, you should have a lot of work-life balance for the employees and not just glorify hustle in the name of this whole startup culture.
