Lack of control and precautions like not wildland fires but the burning on a farm. These fields sometimes do not have any breaks between field and then wildland area so the fire just escapes. Especially it happens when wind change direction or wind become much stronger in a one second I saw the situations when people start to burn fields near by the houses.
