When we first rolled it out especially in the first couple years we did see that I mean I personally saw a lot of PRs coming in where folks were just like hey pre-sumant tests passed I'm not going to write unit tests for this. We did sort of realize that while this is great it's not sufficient and we do need at least some baseline level of test coverage or at least local integration testing as well. Those weren't things that may not necessarily be monitored by this framework since at the start they were mostly just monitoring add insertions and things like that.
