Change was always a part of my life. I mean, i went to nin different schools before i graduated from high school. Now is the time to take some time off if things are not happening. But when are happening, and lot of times that's when we bear down. And what john's point here is, you need to re certify yourself. You need to challenge yourself every day, every year.
