Is There a Link Between Public Policy and Weight Loss?

Michael Wolraich: I'm torn on the idea of cities trying ambitious public policy experiments. He says there was no sunset time line or clear evaluation measures to see if they were working, which is what you need in a big experiment like this. But he adds that it's also built around weight loss, which i don't think cities should be doing as a matter of public policy at all. "This is some of the worst evaluation that i have ever seen"
