When I was a younger athlete, all the strength gains I made for the most part were direct transfer. And then I hit a point in my mid to late 20s where it started to reverse itself. It's always multi-factorial. We have to consider that fact. But again, it's so important to have these key performance indicators like VLO and range of motion.
