90 plus % of thevestturs involve some sort of t s a, some services that need to be provided by the steller to the buyer for some period of time post deal. A lot of it depends on who your buyer is. You know, there's a lot of complexity wth defining in detail what services you're going to provide, how much to charge for them. And then the kepoi here, and this is where i've seen a lot of parties on both sides get tripped up, around the npoint of these transition services.
