The Importance of Focusing on the Primary Area of Disadvantage
This this case was really interesting with the PPA piece. I think a lot of us find those lower base rate dimensions to be interesting and parsing out the different aspects of language is really interesting. It was nice that aside from the language issues the ADL issues she was relatively clean so to speak it just helps helps with the interview to sort of zero in on this primary area of difficulty. So I thought it was actually a good case because you could easily get bogged down in other less relevance details when you should really be focused on this main etiology.
