Is There a Human Will to Freedom?

I don't think that black Marxism is exclusively owned by people who in the common lexicon today would be described as black. But an account which is rooted in a blackness or black political traditions as like a hereditary in a sense, it's not something defined by great dead men but by movements within the engine of history. I think that we can look across the globe and see that there is a human will to freedom. It manifests itself in many different contexts.
