Rachel Good is a makeup artist who has worked with Emma Stone, Camila Cabello and Zendaya. She says the costume institute ball at LA's Galla Week is where editorial and red carpet meet. The event allows women to express themselves more theatrically or editorially than they would for other events such as Oscars or Emmys.
