The Benefits of Having a Job for People With Records
A lot of people with records have jobs. Employers regularly hire people with records. You may not know them, but they do. And players are willing to hire more people with records when given incentives to do so. The hard part is that the company doesn't benefit when Jonah doesn't commit a crime because he has a job. But what I do as a society, as a member of society, I benefit that Jonah's not out there running around with crime.
