How Much More Expensive Are Hourly Wages in a Restaurant?
Restaurants can't pay more than 15% of their profit to staff. If you're not generating enough sales to pay people living wages, it's ok. Just get comfortabl in the fact that your business isn't working. It may not work an different line of work, cause not i, but the majority of ressians fail anyway. And they fail for this reason. But don't keep going along with the payn thinking, i's going to get better,. It rarely does.
