Having a Knee Dislocation, I'm at a Loss.

At any time i'm in a guard position on my knees, kind of that way, or using a knee shield and half guard, i would have a pretty loud pop. Awas somewhat painful after repetition. And it would cause like an instability in the knee for a while. A first instinct was tho assume it was some sort of meniscous terror or something like that. Giv stelt like a like mechanical catch happening within the joint.
