Is Discomfort Front and Centre?

Human beings are kind of wire to avoid that, to avoid conflict rit most humans don't want to be in discomfort. It's why so many of us don't exercise, cause exercises uncomfortable. And i would say it even goes deeper than that. I think if you look at the history of work in this country, it's always been segregated and segmented. So we have to undo those biases and that can be really, really uncomfortable....
