A question i get on my course all the time is what changes, we would make, if any, to erer interventions once patients have got fusion. And so i mi to really get some information about that, really. So er use of good beds, mattresses especially adapted to that. I've given bed cushions to keep the hips in abjucted position. Problem solving appurches which the person need to self manage. Cause not necessarily we need to lead them because they are fused. But we go to preven still. Prevention is still there, and maintenance should be done. It depends on the individual.
