Gordon Ramsey's kitchen nightmares used to be on British TV a few years ago, probably around 10 to 15 years ago. In the UK, right, our eating out culture is vibrant and successful, but it is being undermined by a number of factors. Many smaller restaurants are forced to buy industrialized and mass produced food because it's cheaper than fresh food which you can buy direct from farms or markets.
