The Treat Isn't Staying in Bed
After nearly a month of getting up at five o'clock in the morning, Daphne du Maurier says she feels more productive. She admits that one cheat was watching abit anet flicks and feeling groggy afterwards. But it's really showed her that if you get up and stop moving, you can gather so much momentum. And i know meditation doesn't feel like moving, but just change where you're sitting and doing something just helps maintain that momentum.
