The Problem Is the Reach of Information, Not the Sharing

He says facebook knows that people who are isolated, recently widowed or divorced,. say, or geographically distanced from love ones, are disproportionately at risk of being exposed to harmful content on the platform. The company is desperately trying to keep hold of the kind of aging population that is addicted to its product and they don't know what to do about it.
