What Is a General Assembly?

A general assembly is a meeting designed where everyone present in the meeting has like, an equal voice. In new york it was made almost impossible to function by this thing called the people's mike. The reason that happened was because whenever we got on a megaphone, police would come and arrest whoever was on the megaphone.
