My favorite emotional scene is usually this is not going to surprise anybody but is usually the dark night of the soul. I do a lot of journaling through that time when I'm writing that kind of scene and I um I write about times where I felt like that if I'm not currently feeling like that was sometimes I am. That would be my one tip but I think just being really vulnerable and willing to go there yeah.
